Hi, I’m Jen
I am a solution-focused, strength-based therapist who tailors therapy to your unique experiences, meeting you with compassion and practical strategies to help you grow. I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all approach, so I pull from different modalities. I won’t ever tell you what to do, but I will guide you in uncovering your own answers so you can build a life that aligns with who you truly are and what you need.
My approach is conversational, collaborative, and practical, using therapeutic strategies to help you move from feeling stuck to finding meaningful solutions.
My Specialties
I'm here to walk with you through life's ups and downs—whether you're facing overwhelm, fertility challenges, grief, or major transitions like becoming a parent or navigating menopause. Together, we’ll find your path to balance, rediscover resilience, celebrate renewed strength.
Moving Through Grief
With Hope And Healing
I help clients honor and process grief by creating a safe, supportive space to explore memories and emotions without judgment. Together, we develop coping tools to manage the pain of loss while gently uncovering meaning and hope in the midst of their healing journey.

Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART)
I'm certified in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), an evidence based approach that helps relieve trauma, anxiety, grief, and other overwhelming experiences, often in just a few sessions! ART uses eye movements and guided imagery to help the brain process difficult memories without needing to talk through every detail. Many clients report feeling lighter, clearer, and more at peace afterward. Learn more about ART here.

Therapy is a Journey of Growth
Therapy offers a safe space to gain clarity, challenge unhelpful thought patterns, and learn effective coping strategies. It’s an opportunity to focus on personal growth, build emotional resilience, and communicate with greater confidence. The journey isn’t always easy—growth takes time and often requires facing difficult emotions—but you won’t have to face them alone. Real change happens when you apply what you learn beyond the therapy sessions, showing up for yourself and practicing new skills, even when it’s hard. What you nurture with your time and energy will grow. By focusing on what truly matters to you, progress becomes not only possible but inevitable.
